This gallery is of the restoration of the cattle platform.

The Cattle platform as been cleared and the wall is being rebuilt in readiness for our Steam event at the end of July.

Steps discovered both sides of platform to allow access from track, hidden under 30+years of undergrowth.

4th April 2008
Great surprise when the overgrowth was taken off that the platform was still intact.

Back wall is in good condition, before any undergrowth removed.

Original State of the cattle platform, overgrown and trees have grown up through platform.
