4th July - American Independence Day

3rd Beer festival & 1st Opening Anniversary
27/28 February 2010.

Janet Hardwick was the last person to purchase a ticket
before the line was closed 51 years ago, we asked her if she would rejoin us for
our 1st Reopening Anniversary and was presented with a new ticket for the train
ride by Ray Meek.

Beer "Cellar" fully stocked

Although cold and wet outside it was warm and cosy inside
(especially with Buffys 9X - 9% Beer!)

Outside we were running Annie with some of our dedicated
crew utilising both of our carriages for the first time in their new livery
"Blood and Custard"

Finally at the end of the day "Toffee" could not stay
awake any longer and fell asleep (maybe because of the beer?)
Santa Specials 19th & 20th December 2009.

Weather was excellent!! ... No it really was lovely.

28th July 2009.
Was a great evening with a wonderful collection of
MG's turning up.

The Grand Re-Opening weekends 28th Feb
2009 to 8th March 2009.
Excellent weather and turnout on
both weekends although the 8th went a bit damp, but everybody still enjoyed
themselves.
